David Jarrett - CEO and Executive Team Coach

David is Chief Executive Officer of Bath Consultancy Group.
He has previously been a partner at KPMG as part of their Financial Services Transformation group. He is often selected by CEOs and Executives to work with direct and strong-minded individuals. His main focus is working with CEO’s and their Executive Teams enabling them collectively and individually to adapt their leadership to enable the organisation to perform and to realise the benefits of new strategy

David’s passion is to help clients transform their businesses, through changes to strategy, leadership and culture, implemented globally. He understands business and the complexity of implementing major change to deliver results.

He is an experienced coach, working across a range of industries including commercial businesses, professional and financial services. He has recently worked mainly in Finland, Germany, Brazil, US, India and China as well as the UK, with clients including a major European airline, Global minerals and metals processing leader,
a Global shoe manufacturer, a European postal service and logistics company,
one of the Big Four professional services companies, several global financial services companies and a Global telecommunications manufacturer.

David’s combined experience therefore provides a pragmatic mix of business and coaching skills. He has also written about:
