Eve Turner
Eve's work as a coach, supervisor, facilitator and consultant draws on years spent as a senior leader herself running a BBC division. She has led a number of change initiatives in a fast-moving, technologically-driven environment, where she had responsibility for governance and accountability alongside editorial and leadership roles, and successfully implemented award-winning community and diversity initiatives.
Eve has been coaching since 2004 and specialises in working with senior leaders and teams on their systemic development, the interpersonal relationships that connect them and on building their confidence, often for promotion. For example she works on the NHS Top Leaders talent management programme along with work for companies in legal and financial services, recruitment and OD, higher education (such as the LSE) and the media. Eve mixes a high level of support with challenge to help individuals and teams to develop and fulfill both business and personal goals.
Eve is committed to her own development and in recent years has done a Master’s in Business Administration, an MSc in Coaching and Development and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring Supervision. She is also accredited as a Master Coach by the Association for Coaching, for whom she is a lead assessor, and as an Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor by the Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision for whom she is also on their assessment panel. Eve regularly does research and has articles published.
