Gill Marsh

Gill is a commercially focused and creative senior Organisation Design and Change professional with a lively hands-on engaging and persuasive style. She is pragmatic and drawing on her own experience as the Head of OD and Transformational Change for a large company has a hard commercial edge helping clients to deliver real measurable value for their investments. She enjoys working with client teams building their skills in change and enabling them to embed the change in their organization and further develop it.

She has over 14 years experience including global experience and has worked across both the private and public sector. She has worked across a range of industries including Logistics, Telecoms, Education and FMCG.

Examples of Gill’s work include creating the organization design to split a large company into it’s constituent businesses including doing due diligence on this; designing a HR Organisation for a major global FMCG; developing and leading a change delivery team for two major programmes in the education sector including developing the vision and measurement system; and doing the people change for a major technology programme in the Telecoms industry.
