Margaret Lloyd
Margaret works with her clients to increase their awareness of what is preventing them achieving their business objectives and helps them create specific and practical steps forward to success. Her coaching and leadership experience over the last 20 years includes working with large central government departments, the NHS, the BBC, the police, the healthcare sector including national health organisations and charities, housing, UK universities, secondary schools and the boards of numerous local and national charities. She is author of Leadership 101(2007).
As well as 1:1 coaching, Margaret coaches and facilitates Boards and top teams and is highly sought-after as a coach trainer, coaching supervisor and speaker on leadership issues. She is on the Bath Consultancy team of coaching supervisors and has a thriving coaching supervision practice.
Margaret is a Fellow of the Institute of Quality Assurance and keynote conference speaker, and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, as well as a member of the Institute of Directors. An experienced Charity Trustee and Chair, she is also a certified coach at the University of Strathclyde, and an MBTI accredited practitioner (Steps 1 and 2). Margaret is also a qualified coaching supervisor and a member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors.
