Maria Gray
The principal focus of Maria's work is to build readiness for and facilitate change – both on an organisational and at the individual level. She specialises in developing organisations’ and executives' inherent capacity for change and innovation in order to facilitate the achievement of organisation’s strategic objectives.
Maria has 16 years of business and consulting experience. She started her career in Finance and Auditing and then moved into strategic HR and organisational development. Maria led Talent Management and Executives’ Development for the Central & Eastern European Audit practice in PricewaterhouseCoopers and subsequently held an executive board position as the Vice President in charge of Human Capital for Renaissance Insurance Group, one of Russia’s largest insurance groups.
Maria’s corporate experience, together with her coaching and facilitation skills, allows her to work in a manner that maximises value for her clients. Her current client portfolio includes companies in financial services, pharmaceuticals, automotive, fashion and beauty, chemicals and retail.
Maria holds a Masters degree in Organisational Change from Ashridge Business School in the UK and an MBA from the Moscow State University.
