Mikaela Nystr�m

Mikaela Nyström (Miksu) has more than 25 years experience in HRD and HR area with focus on Leadership Development and Coaching. Her interpersonal and enthusiastic style is to build in depth and trusting relationships with diverse people across the world. She has a wide international network.

Miksu is currently working as Consultant and Coach with many of the International Finnish Companies, such as UPM, Metso, Kone, Fiskars, Finnair, Outotec and Kemira.

Miksu was working 15 years in Nokia where she was the driving force of flagship Leadership Development programs from Executive Leadership to Blue Collar Leaderships in the Factories and worked with and coached all levels of Leaders in Nokia. She was also responsible for the Global Talent Management and Executive Resourcing as well as Management Team member in several Leadership teams. Before Nokia she was HR Head for Haka Corporation, HRD Manager for Shell and had several roles in a Bank.

Miksu has a Master of Science in Adult Education in University Of Helsinki and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Helsinki School of Economics.

Miksu has held several position of trust – she has been the Chairman of the Scandinavia Action Learning Association and  in the Academy of Economics in Finland and have gained certifications in managing Organisational Changes, Leadership and Teams development.

Miksu is credited  ACC/ICF Coach soon PCC Credited and has been coaching senior leaders the past 10 years.

Miksu is an Associate and the relationship manager for Bath Consultancy Group in Finland.
