Mikhail is an executive coach and organisational consultant. His coaching focus is on supporting Business Leaders in situations of transition (corporate and/or personal). His experience covers strategic communication between business owners, corporate boards and management, facilitating strategic planning and alignment sessions for executive teams, innovative change programs, integration of executive teams and team-building, strategic business projects, and development of corporate culture.
Mikhail’s background includes physics, psychology, education (MA, PhD); general, project, and strategic management, and corporate governance (post-graduate programs); coaching (certified program).
