Torsten Weber
Torsten has a varied portfolio and has worked both as a Manager in large in large organisations including strategy development and global change management and also a Management consultant for change management, communication and strategy.
Since 2002, he has specialised in consulting and coaching organisations and individuals worldwide in their respective change processes. The work with organisations includes the holistic orchestration of strategy processes from strategy development to implementation in various industries, governments and non-profit organisations (often using visualisation techniques as catalysts). The latter is a 1-to-1 “executive sparring©” around managerial career matters. He regularly lectures at business schools on change management 3.0 and contemporary careers. His research focuses on business elites and managerial life courses.
Torsten holds a Master degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the Otto Beisheim School of Management (WHU) with research semesters in Boston, Brussels, and Washington, D.C.
