Learning Value Network
Following the successful Learning Value seminar in November
2001, a network of leading OD/ HR practitioners has been created
which has now met for almost two years. The network is a peer group
of senior in company OD, HR and Learning and Development professionals
facilitated by Fiona Ellis and Peter Binns from Bath Consultancy
Group, with one-day meetings hosted at member sites. The meetings
addressing topics and questions arising for individuals on
an action research basis around organisational and executive
development.
The network was initiated from Best Practice research into
Executive Leadership and Development, commissioned by BBC
in 2001 and undertaken by Fiona Ellis and Sue Abbotson with
eight leading organisations. A copy of the Best Practice report
is available from [email protected] for £15.
