We work with clients to develop their training teams in understanding learning principles and applying these to improving learning design on programmes. We build on existing awareness of Kolb's learning cycle and learning styles with new learning theories, which include working with emotional and imaginal learning methods.
This ensures learning is designed to take into account:-
* | A range of learning preferences and learning intelligences. |
* | Experiential learning models such as Accelerated Learning and Heron's Modes of Learning. |
* | Differences between optimum learning methods for facts, concepts, skills and personal development. |
* | Developing learning to learn skills. |
* | Levels of Learning - development that focuses on shifts in mindsets, attitudes, values and beliefs. |
* | Integrating informal and formal learning in the workplace and on learning events. |
* | Learning and development that effectively combines IQ with EQ: developing the emotional commitment and effectiveness alongside understanding and intelligence. |
