Professor Peter Hawkins is the Emeritus Chairman of Bath Consultancy Group, and Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School. He is a leading coach, writer and researcher in organisational strategy, learning, managing complex change, leadership and board development. He is the author of many books and papers in the fields of coaching, leadership and change including Leadership Team Coaching (2011) and Coaching, Mentoring and Organizational Consultancy: Supervision and Development with Nick Smith (2006). Peter is Honorary President of the Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision as well Visiting Professor at both University of Bath and Oxford Brookes University’s Schools of Management.

 

Gil Schwenk co-leads Bath Consultancy Group’s coaching and supervision capability. He is an executive coach, coach supervisor and organisational development consultant. He specialises helping organisations realise value from coaching, team coaching and coaching supervision. Gil is also a facilitator and coach on the Executive Development programmes at London Business School working with international general managers. He is on the Advisory Board of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council UK (EMCC).

 

Nick Smith is co-author with Peter of Coaching, Mentoring and Organisational Consultancy, Supervision and Development (2006). He is an experienced coach and supervisor of executive coaching. He works across private, public and not-for-profit organisations developing senior leadership programmes and business-based leadership development. The current focus of his work is in helping organisations that wish to develop new strategic directions and deliver new and challenging goals, to implement the culture and leadership changes that will sustain such activity.

 

Judy Ryde PhD is a founder of Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling. She is the co-founder and past chair for Psychotherapists and Counsellors for Social Responsibility. Her book published in 2009 is entitled Being White in the Helping Professions: An Intersubjective Approach to Intercultural Working. She runs a project for psychotherapy and counselling with refugees and asylum seekers.
