Costs and Cancellation Policy
Participants who are self-funded will receive a £100 discount on each of the Optional Modules.
A 10% discount is available for participants paying for the programme in full on commencement.
Course bookings are only secured when full payment is received.
Our cancellation period is 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the course. Cancellations within the cancellation period will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Where we are notified in writing prior to the cancellation period, participants can transfer to the same course on a future date with no charge.
If a participant does need to cancel within the cancellation period, they can transfer onto the same course on an alternative date. This will incur a charge of £100. Alternatively, they may be able to substitute a suitable delegate with appropriate experience onto the same course on the same date. If substituting you must notify us of the new participant’s details in order not to be charged for the booking. We cannot accept substitutes on Supervision Integration.
Cancellations or transfers must be requested in writing and will become effective on the date received by Bath Consultancy Group.
Bookings may be transferred only once. No refunds will be given on any bookings which have already been transferred without a charge.
