We apply eight key criteria to all our work with client organisations
both big and small. These are based on our core values and
our experience of how we best add value to our clients.
1
|
That the tangible benefits of our consultancy from
increased effectiveness far exceed the time and money
costs of the work done.
|
2
|
That the client company has increased its internal
skills and resources for managing the next period of
change after we have left.
|
3
|
That the work ends with goodwill on both sides. This
is measured in a number of ways including by the client
making an unsolicited recommendation about our work to
a third party.
|
4
|
That we have learnt from the work and the project
has made some change to our theoretical models, methods
and techniques, and our style of working.
|
5
|
That the client organisation does not end up speaking
our language and neither do we end up speaking their
language, but together we have developed new useful frameworks
for understanding their specific situations.
|
6
|
That not only do we form good working relationships
and partnerships with internal change agents, but that
we leave behind improved internal relationships.
|
7
|
That although the work may be focused primarily on
the organisation, team or individual level, it has been
appropriately linked to all the other levels.
|
8
|
That the work has been consistent with our personal
values and our understanding of the broader needs of
society.
