2013 Conference - Leadership, Change & Sustainability

For over 17 years, we have held a Network Learning Community Conference to refresh our thinking and share ideas and insights with our Associates and Network of Consultants. The Conference continues as an invigorating and restorative landmark in our annual calendar. The topic this year is Leadership, Change & Sustainability and will be facilitated by Chris Smith, Nick Smith and Beth MacDonald.

The Conference is run on open space lines and is a mixture of sessions run by participants and consultants and is always a rich mix of related topics offered by you!

We enjoyed some lively discussions and activities last year, where the theme was ‘Creating Shared Value – for our clients, for each other and for the world in which we live’.  It was a delight to explore this theme and learn together with a wide range of practitioners from around the UK and also from places as far away as the Philippines, Finland, Russia, South Africa and the USA.

This year’s Conference will be hosted at a stunning 4 star country house hotel in Bath, UK.
