UK Learning Values Network
We facilitate a network of senior OD/HR professionals called the Learning Value Network whom we invite to meet quarterly and discuss OD issues.
Following the successful Learning Value Network seminar in November 2001, a network of leading OD/HR practitioners was created and has continued to meet 4 times a year since March 2002. The network is a peer group of senior OD, HR and Learning and Development professionals, facilitated by Fiona Ellis from Bath Consultancy Group, with half-day meetings hosted at member sites. The meetings address topics and questions arising for individuals on an action research basis around organisational and executive development.
The network was initiated from Best Practice research into Executive Leadership and Development, commissioned by BBC in 2001 and undertaken by Fiona Ellis and Sue Abbotson with eight leading organisations. A copy of the Best Practice in Executive Learning report is available from Bath Consultancy Group.
