Jeff Steer

Jeff joined the Client Support Team in January 2007.  Key areas of his work include managing the administration for a Leadership programme for Nokia and Transition Support with various clients, supporting the Chairman, MD, Leadership Team and Board and coordinating BCG's internal meetings.

Other responsibilities include coordinating the Learning Value Network, Oshry Organisational Workshops and BCG’s Leadership Development team.  He is also the unofficial switchboard for the office.

After graduating from the University of Bath with a degree in Biochemistry in 2005, Jeff went on to run a small organic farm business in Devon before returning to Bath to study part-time for a degree in Theology and Vocation.

He is a committed Christian and enjoys being involved in his local church.  Jeff maintains an interest in popular science, attempting to follow recent research in Biochemistry, and other general interests include archaeology and history.  Jeff is a big Terry Pratchett fan, a keen supporter of Exeter City FC and loves cooking (and eating) good food, with good company.
