2012 has got off to a flying start and is shaping up to be a great year.
We remain busy working in all areas of the globe, particularly in Finland where we have established a Learning Value Network for Senior HR and Leadership Development specialists.
Adapting the successful approach we use in the UK the network meets to discuss occurring Organisational Development (OD) and HR topics.
The first network meeting was hosted by Fiskars, an international consumer products company.

feedback tool for leadership teams. Based on our global thought leadership in coaching leadership teams, it provides feedback from all their
members, their staff and other stakeholders.

Coaching value audits we identify the strengths and areas for development and work with you to create an action plan that enables you to create greater value from your coaching investment.
Coaching strategy workshops uses a coaching approach for to enable key stakeholders to review what is going well and what needs to improve. We assist you to determine what you need and want from coaching interventions and then help you to develop a realistic plan to make it happen.
These will allow organisations to balance different coaching methods;
link it to the performance of the company and demonstrate a return on
the investment.

Emeritus chairman Peter Hawkins has researched and written a book ‘Creating a Coaching Culture’ due to be released in April.
The book provides a
step-by-step guide to help organisation implement a coaching culture.
Wed 2nd May 2012
McGraw Hill will be launching the book from their offices in London.
We will further explore the theme of Coaching Culture on June 21st at an interactive seminar.
We provide Executive Coaching Services in over 26 countries and work with some of the world’s largest and most prestigious global organisations, 2012 will see us grow and expand this service.
