Developing a Coaching Culture Model

Our coaching culture assessment is based on the model proposed by Prof. Peter Hawkins in his book “Creating a Coaching Culture”. (Open University Press/McGraw-Hill, April 2012) This represents a model of best practise drawn from the research into many of the pioneering organisations of coaching.

The top line indicates the way that organisations typically develop a coaching culture. Effective coaching results in increased leadership capacity, distributed leadership and organisational learning. The bottom line outcomes are a higher performing organisation with greater shared value.
