What made you want to join Bath Consultancy Group?
It was a bit of luck originally. I was introduced to Bath Consultancy Group through John Cullum & Peter Hawkins who left quite an impression. Other than their sheer friendliness, I remember thinking that this was the type of company that I would have wanted to bring in during my corporate days, when I was leading large change programmes.

What made you want to join Bath Consultancy Group?
I had long been aware of Bath's reputation in the field and been interested in their methods and approach through my work with Ashridge where I have been an associate for 20 years. I particularly like many of the Bath models and the way they can be applied pragmatically within client organisations and have a real and immediate impact. I was really pleased therefore when an opportunity arose for me to contribute to one of Bath's client assignments in Germany and have gone on to develop my relationship with Bath since then.

What made you want to join Bath Consultancy Group?
Due to my 25 years in broadcasting I have become very sensitive to words - especially those people use to describe themselves. Bath Consultancy Group is the only consulting organisation I have found that mentions ‘higher purpose’ - the real reason we all do what we do.

What made you want to join Bath Consultancy Group?
A number of threads came together for me until joining seemed the natural thing to do; I had been aware of BCG's reputation for some time, I had come across BCG team members through my professional networks and had read some of their publications - the relationship grew organically.
I feel very at home with BCG's culture and values and I like their language and the approaches they use. They are good at creating models which help clients' understanding, whilst at the same time allowing for other ways of looking at things. I wanted to avoid anywhere that based their practice on ‘off the shelf' solutions.
