From its academic roots in Bath University it has grown to a leading specialist OD consultancy conducting a range of exciting projects with major organisations. We work with major organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors, including 11 of the current FTSE 100.

Bath Consultancy Group was established in 1986 by three members of the University of Bath’s School of Management. They had previously been researching, teaching and consulting in the fields of organisational learning, change management, culture, leadership and management development. The partnership became a limited company in 1997.

Dr Peter Hawkins, an original founder, is the chairman of the company, and David Jarrett is the MD. Both are part of the core employed team of 10. The company has a UK contracted associate group, continental Europe associate group and Global partnership arrangements. In addition, Bath Consultancy Group employs a small client support team.
