	Hello As the seasons change and Autumn firmly takes a grip of the UK we continue our work around the globe, working with organisations and looking at the cultures within their organisations, making them fit for purpose by helping leaders to 'live the change'. Welcome to Danela Ezekiel

Danela has recently joined our team as a Principal Consultant after relocating to Uk from South Africa. Danela has extensive experience in leadership development, HR development, team coaching and organisational change.

Danela first became associated with Bath Consultancy Group in 1994, after meeting Peter Hawkins at a conference, firstly contracting us to work for her and then for the last 17 years, working both as a Director in a Leadership Consultancy – YSA (PTY)Ltd and on behalf of us as an associate in South Africa. Coaching Supervision Accreditation

We are very pleased to announce that our Certificate in the Supervision of Coaches and Mentors and Consultants has received the European Mentoring and Coaching Council's (EMCC) European Supervision Quality Award (ESQA) and as of January 2013 it will be an accredited supervision qualification. Learning Networks

The BCG annual learning community conference took place in September. We enjoyed some invigorating discussions and activities in the grand setting of Bailbrook House in Bath. The theme this year was Creating Shared Value - for our clients, for each other and for the world in which we live.

The Learning Value Network continues to meet in its face to face meeting in the UK and Finland.
