Expert Coaching Supervision |
We provide expert coaching supervision for internal and external coaches, adding additional value to the process and quality of coaching.
What we offer
only 54% of external coaches, 33% of internal coaches and 23% of manager coaches currently have regular supervision
We work with organisations to implement a form of coaching supervision that is fit for purpose, providing both individual and group supervision of internal and external coaches.
The business implications
Bath Consultancy Group conducted research for the CIPD which highlighted that only 54% of external coaches, 33% of internal coaches and 23% of manager-coaches currently have regular supervision. The risk of not supervising coaching is significant. An organisation without adequate supervision has no way of monitoring the quality of coaching, putting the organisation's reputation and the well-being of the client at risk. Coaches who are not adequately supervised will not be effective in achieving coaching objectives, impacting on the value that the organisation derives.
The benefits
Our supervision results in an increased ability to monitor the quality of coaching and enhances organisational learning. Supervision improves the skills and understanding of coaches resulting in greater capability.
"To open one's work to scrutiny is important best practice in any helping activity. If you are going to bother to have coaches in the workplace, this is part of it - it is not an optional exercise."
