¹ This optional module is run by the Centre for Supervision and Team Development. CSTD courses can be booked direct by emailing This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .  If you notify us of your selection on the booking form, we will forward the booking request to CSTD. CSTD will confirm the booking and invoice you separately.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or transfers must be requested in writing and will become effective on the date received by Bath Consultancy Group. We are unable to accept cancellations within 4 weeks of the course start date, although you may be able to substitute a suitable delegate onto the same course on the same date or a transfer to date and you will not be charged. If substituting you must notify us of the new participant’s details in order not to be charged.

Cancellations within our 4 week cancellation period will mean you are charged 100% of the course fees.

You may also choose to book onto the same course on an alternative date and not be charged a cancellation fee.

Bookings must be transferred only once without a charge and up to 4 weeks before the class commences.

Please note no refunds will be given on any bookings which have already been transferred without a charge.
