• Issues of power in the coaching and supervisory relationship
• The nature of prejudice and how it can be worked with in ourselves and others
• Live practice of supervision for the exploration of these issues

Group Supervision

• Contracting
• Using the resources of the group
• The different facilitator styles in group supervision
• An exploration of group dynamics and how they effect group supervision
• Balancing individual, group and supervision (task) needs

Supervising in Teams and Organisations

• How to supervise effective teamwork
• Facilitating teams to develop relationships with their internal and external stakeholders
• Developing supervision practices and policies in organisations
• Supervision linked to organisation development
• Working with complex adaptive systems
