Annelie brings more than 25 years of international business, leadership and organisation development experience to her coaching and supervision. She counts as her clients Senior Leaders in the UK, Southern Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the USA - providing a unique understanding of global business environments, cultures and the challenges leaders face.

She coaches and consults on Leadership, Strategy and Culture, Talent Management and Team Leadership for diverse companies across industries. She also supervises coaches and mentors in their work and supports internal coaches with supervision and CPD.

Annelie's special interest is in organisational change, cross-cultural working, authentic leadership, talent management and high performing teams. Her clients been coached amongst other things on:

In addition to her coaching, consulting and supervision, Annelie has extensive business experience at Board level of managing complex change through mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and downsizing; and leading teams of people for most of her career.

Annelie holds degrees in Organisation Psychology, a Masters in Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching and a Certificate in Supervision of Coaches, Mentors and Consultants. She is accredited by the Association of Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors (APECS) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
