Jacqueline is an executive coach with Praesta Partners LLP. She brings a systemic perspective to both her coaching and supervision, and spends much of her time working with clients who wish to take on the broader challenges of relationship building and effective partnering.
She has a strong personal belief in the ability of individuals and groups to continually learn and adapt through self-reflection and collective dialogue, and as part of her PhD developed the creative form of inquiry that sits at the heart of both her coaching and supervision. She has provided coaching and consultancy for over 15 years to support global business transformation, M&A activity, talent pool development and board-level succession planning and her clients span both public and private sectors.
Jacqueline previously headed up ICL/Fujitsu’s HR & Change Management Consultancy, led the post-merger review and implementation of the people development strategy for Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK and worked for three years as an executive coach with Korn/Ferry’s Leadership Development practice before joining Praesta in 2008.
Jacqueline has a PhD from the Centre for Action Research, University of Bath, is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council UK (EMCC) Research & Ethics Community.
