Stefan is a consultant with HLP Hirzel Leder & Partner, prior to which he was a Consultant for Economic and Social Development at the Protestant Church of Hesse and before that a Parish Priest and PR-Consultant for an Employment Centre.

Stefan's areas of work include: Innovation- and Project Management, Competence in Leadership and Communication, Coaching of Individuals and Groups and Conflict Management.

He is a Graduated Trainer for Theme-centred Interaction (TZI) and his work focuses on Communication and Personal Development, Coaching of Start Ups and Client-centred Communication.
