Christine's
current role is as Executive Director of People and Organisation Development for Cancer Research
UK, which entails responsibility for the significant teams
and resources of this the largest UK charity. Prior
to this Christine was the Head of Organisation Development
globally for Nokia.
She has had a wide-ranging career in the OD space for organisations
such as Shell and Worldcom. Her experience is relevant
to organisations looking at the overall issues of achieving
'shift' through people. She has strong views on how
emergent approaches to change can yield results and challenges
traditional thinking that change is a linear or can be predetermined.
Christine has been a BCG client for many years and values
the whole system view of change that we use. We are
delighted to continue our relationship with her as a non-executive.
