Joanna
has twenty years experience of leadership and people development
consulting, including 6 years with KPMG and 7 years as Director
of Executive Development for a medium sized consulting firm.
She specialises on advising clients on how best to develop
their leadership population, working in partnership with internal
teams and/or major business schools.
As a facilitator she designs and leads team events for executives
and senior managers, often following mergers, restructuring
or other organisational change. Areas of focus have included
vision and objectives, cross-functional working, team dynamics
and team building, shared understanding, and strategic planning
for change.
She is also a very experienced executive coach with a well-developed
reputation and established practice, working with partners,
directors and heads of function in legal, accounting, banking
and corporate clients.
