Recognising the need to reduce air travel and cost, many organisations are looking for stronger global teams to resource their development and consulting. Making this work effectively and with people you can trust is of paramount importance.

In 2009 Bath Consultancy has expanded its global network and through our range of development programmes with global clients in telecoms and FMCG,we have provided development in Latin America from Mexico to Chile, Argentina to Brazil, and even Columbia  with fantastic support from our team based in Brazil and Mexico, Eduardo Alfonso , Moacyr Castellani , Sergio Monteil and Carlos Mota . In China we will be providing programmes in Mandarin next year having previously run courses in English and our partners HCD have worked with us in Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore for several organisations. In the USA Marianne Tracey coordinates our associate network. In Qatar we work in partnership with a new Business School, Qatar Finance & Business Academy, and are growing our base in the region.

Our European team have travelled more to the Middle East and Africa this year than ever before, often to exciting places!  from Pakistan, to Beirut, Istanbul , Tunisia, and east to Moscow and Kiev. We also have associates in Finland, Germany, Spain, Italy and France and are providing coaching services using local resources globally. Our long term partners in South Africa YSA have also worked with us in Jo'burg and Clinton Lucy has led the first Bath programme in Nairobi.

Mindful of our carbon emissions we off set all our flights, through Climate Care and we also aim to reduce the amount of flights taken from UK by expanding the excellent local network. It has been exciting to share ideas around the world with this fantastic team.
