Moacyr Castellani is a facilitator,
coach, writer and trainer with over twenty years of experience. His knowledge
and experience as a psychologist and business administrator allows him to
develop and successfully apply progressive concepts to traditional development
and coaching methods. He uses an understanding of integral concepts in his
approach to both personal, executive and team
development.
As a trainer, facilitator and
lecturer, he has worked with Telemar, Petrobras, EDS-Visanet, Agis, Danone,
Anglogold Ashanti, Order of
Lawyers, Federation of Industries, RM Sistemas, Grupo Zema, Regional
Administration Council, Social Commerce Service, Chamber of Commerce Directors
and Federal
Center for Technological
Education.
He has been interviewed by programs such as TV Globo, TV Cultura, TV
Minas, SBT, TV Gazeta/CNT, Radio Band and CBN. Moacyr's
articles have been published by Estado de Minas, Diario da Tarde, A Tribuna and
Hoje em Dia. He is the author of the book,
What Matters is to Be Happy. In
2005, he was the evaluator for the Minas Gerais Quality Award. Moacyr is fluent
in English and Portuguese and is based in Brazil.
