Ian has experience in all areas of communication. He is a cross-cultural expert and regularly conducts programs in the USA and Asia. Ian is also Crotonville certified Leadership trainer and regularly conducts senior management programs.

He has been living in India since 1994, has visited over 65 countries and has also lived in America and Australia. He therefore has a high level of knowledge on the cultural factors of these countries. Ian is a British national from Scotland.

He completed his MBA in 1988 specialising in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Scottish Business School (University of Stirling) in the UK. Ian has extensive training experience, having trained over 6,000 people since 1994.
