Jacqueline Muller, is a Swiss national who grew up in Thailand, was educated at Lausanne in Switzerland, at University of Kiel, Germany, University of Copenhagen, Denmark and University of Washington, Seattle, USA. She also attended INSEAD for education in Human Resources/Human Relations, Marketing and Finance.
Her high octane energy and passion for human potential and achievement naturally transpired into her current role as an executive coach. Armed with her vast international experience in senior executive positions and years of study in personal development and growth, Jacqueline offers a unique coaching style based on unlocking personal motivation for business success. She was certified as a behavioral coach in 2004. Her clients so far have mostly been SME owners and consultants.
From 1988 to 2004 Jacqueline was the Managing Director and President of a successful garment buying agency and manufacturing company based in Hong Kong and supplying well known American, European and Australian brands and fashion retailers. With a turnover of US $ 50 million and a staff of 50 in Hong Kong, she was instrumental in creating strategic alliances that opened up new markets and created steady "bread and butter" sales revenue. She also engineered an investment in a US catalog retailer, which developed into the backbone of the company.
At this time Jacqueline also served on several Boards. This she still does today.
Jacqueline's career from 1978 to 1988 covered positions in international commerce and manufacturing for a Swiss multi national, Cosa Liebermann Ltd. In her Sales and Marketing position she successfully opened up the China market for a range of products and moved on to crack the "glass ceiling" when she became Deputy General Manger with responsibility for the manufacturing/supplier teams in offices in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong as well as the Sales teams in Paris, Duesseldorf and Zurich.
Jacqueline's early career in 1975 started with His Highness the Aga Khan's Industrial Promotion Services Ltd, in Geneva, Switzerland, This also led her to working with the Aga Khan Foundation. Both were involved in with projects in Africa and Pakistan.
During her years in Denmark, she contributed to Gyllendal's German/Danish/German dictionary and to several books on Scandinavian Literature.
