Elizabeth is a Director of Origin Consulting and has 25+ years of business experience helping a variety of international organisations undergo dramatic change. For the last 4 years, Elizabeth has worked in executive leadership roles within IBM Europe. She was the Workforce Management Leader for IBM’s consulting practice across Europe, providing insight into global best practices around talent management, flexibility, performance management, retention and diversity. Prior to this she was IBM’s Diversity Leader for the UK , Ireland and South Africa, responsible for significant culture change within the business and driving IBM to great external acclaim for its diversity practices.
Most of Elizabeth’s career has focused on strategic consulting. As an Associate Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers (latterly IBM), she has worked on a multitude of assignments around the world from large-scale process and behavioural change to culture change to leadership development to executive coaching. She is particularly skilled at ‘transformational thinking’, assessing strategic requirements, collaborating with others to develop workable approaches to solve problems and sufficiently detail-oriented to drive change.
Multi-cultural in outlook and attitude, Elizabeth has lived, worked and travelled in more than 80 countries around the world and is passionate about the integration of peoples from different backgrounds and cultures. She is widely recognised as an outstanding public speaker who is often called upon to speak at conferences on a variety of topics. She is also strongly grounded in a business focus and relates very well to leaders who are driving revenue, profit and growth.
