Chiang Wen-Wei is a certified Life Skills Coach and certified Results Coach. He holds a Masters of Business Administration and BSc (Hons) from the UK. He is a US Certified Behavioural Consultant for DISC profiling and is also certified for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality Profile Analysis and the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) for Emotional Intelligence profiling and coaching.
He has 10 years experience in training and development, consulting and coaching. His passion and personal mission statement is to Make a Positive Difference.
Wen-Wei is the Resident Consultant for Life Skills Centre, a company that provides training programmes, HR-consulting and development services. He is also the certified Lead Trainer in Singapore for Results Coaching Systems Australia that trains professional and workplace Coaches worldwide.
Wen-Wei has conducted numerous training programmes in Leadership, Teamwork, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching. Wen-Wei specialises in developing and coaching individuals and managers to be coaches. His personal clients include SingTel, StarHub, AMEX, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Shell-Seraya, the Public Utilities Board (PUB), Singapore Press Holdings Citibank, Credit Suisse, OCBC, AIA and the Singapore Police Force. Wen-Wei was also an adjunct faculty of the Singapore Management University (SMU) and is currently an adjunct lecturer in Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Being a member of the MENSA Society, he is able to facilitate groups of different intellectual levels.
Previously, he was the Engineering Manager with an American multi-national semiconductor company. He had regional responsibility for business development as well as customer satisfaction which involved leading quality improvement teams comprising company and client representatives. He also conducted management and production training in technical, quality and safety aspects for both local and foreign delegates from the US, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India and ASEAN countries.
Wen-Wei is married with 3 daughters and his personal pastime is also very diverse. He enjoys photography, plays the guitar, scuba-dives and is a certified trampoline coach from the British Amateur Gymnastics Association.
