Ajanta Chakravarty is a management consultant and is the Director of the Centre for Cross-Cultural Communication. Her field of interest is the exploration of modern wisdom in ancient Indian texts. She is widely travelled and has lectured extensively in India, the US, France and Poland. She writes extensively on management issues in national newspapers.
Ajanta's consulting expertise lies in executive management training and community development; enhancing relations with business partners, working with diversity to improve business with Indian companies and managing outsourced business to India.
She is very interested in working alongside businesses to develop organisation specific models of community participation, especially for Energy industries, working across geographies to design organisation-community communication interfaces and campaigns.
Ajanta has a PhD in Public Administration (Jamia Milia Islamia University, India) and an MA in Industrial Psychology (Chennai University, India) and is the author of "The Geeta & the Art of Successful Management" (Harper Collins).
