Prior to his current assignment, Himanshu was the founding Asia Pacific Director of Learning and Leadership Development of Agilent Technologies. Agilent Technologies was created by the strategic realignment of Hewlett-Packard in 1999 and is the world's premier measurement company and a technology leader in communications, electronics, life sciences and chemical analysis.

Himanshu is responsible for the human resource functions of the LSCA field operations group for the Asia-Pacific region. He was a member of Agilent’s Global Learning and Leadership Development management council for six years.

He has over 33 years’ experience in HR, Organisation Development and Corporate Communications areas. Himanshu holds a master's degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, an MBA from IMI, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
