Lynn has ten years' experience as an executive and team coach and coach trainer.  In 2008 she qualified with Bath Consultancy Group as a Coach Supervisor.

Her clients include Chief Executives, Directors, senior managers and ‘high potentials' in the public and private sectors.  This includes food and drinks manufacturing, financial services, local government, media, academia and the nuclear industry.

Lynn has a diploma in Business and Executive Coaching and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology from Leeds Metropolitan University.  She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of the Association for Coaching.

Her expertise is in supporting leaders, teams and coaches to develop and grow their self awareness, to improve their impact, influence and emotional intelligence and to make a significant difference to  organisational and personal performance.

Previously, Lynn had thirteen years' international experience with a large PLC which included management roles in Europe, USA and North Africa.  She was also the first female Head of Operations for Airtours PLC.
