Frank is a Partner of HLP Hirzel Leder & Partner Management Consultants in Frankfurt/Germany. HLP supports their clients in organizational change and management development and is networked with Bath Consultancy Group.
Frank has worked at research institutes on work science and ergonomics where he obtained his doctorate. Within the electrical industry responsible for labour economics and organization.
His join up with HLP was in 1991. Frank works closely with executives and management teams who want to advance the capabilities and performance of their organization in project management, process management and interaction.
