Of Helsinki and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Helsinki School of Economics. She has been facilitating and driving in Nokia all the flagship Leadership Development programs from Executive Leadership to Blue Collar Leaderships in the Factories and worked with and coached all levels of Leaders in Nokia.

With her 20 year experience in Nokia and other international Companies , she has been coaching and managing  several Organisational Changes, been member in several Executive Management Teams and been leading world class, global HR and HRD professionals. She has a wide international Network.
