Prof. Wilfried Schley is a system consultant and full professor at the faculty of philosophy of the University of Zurich. His work focuses on scientific assistance and consultancy in innovational projects with profit- and non-profit-making organizations, the development of leadership and organizational concepts in businesses, project management and advisory qualifications.

Since 1980 Wilfried Schley has advised large enterprises, hospitals, schools and he specializes in the development of strategies in cooperation with executive boards and teams of managing directors. He is publisher and author of manuals and various other publications.
