Kevin specialises in leadership transformation of senior executives and their teams. Used to working in a global environment, he has particular insight into the challenges of large organisations and the major roles within them.

Kevin works with leaders in professional services, banking, law, media & entertainment, information technology and the public sector. Clients include Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Lloyds TSB, Bank of England, Standard Bank, Osborne Clarke LLP, Crown Prosecution Service and Hewlett-Packard.

Kevin brings substantial experience garnered from a diverse career at Hewlett-Packard where he held senior roles in sales, marketing, strategic planning, customer service, product development, strategic M&A and overall business leadership. His executive education was taken at Michigan & Northwestern Universities majoring on governance, leadership and change.

Kevin is extensively trained in coaching and coach supervision and contributes to the training of coaches and in-company leaders to coach as an MCF faculty member. He is a board member of the International Coach Federation.
