Shelly is a management development consultant and training specialist.  Her work has involved designing and delivering local, national and international leadership programmes.

Shelly is an Associate with leading development specialists: Roffey Park Management Institute; Leadership and Research Development Limited; Society of Local Government Chief Executives; and the MiL Institute in Sweden.  Her work includes creating and delivering positive action initiatives and bespoke management development programmes in the private, public and charity sectors.

For example, Shelly is working on an international leadership programme for Volvo (Sweden).  This has involved issues of international working, cross-cultural management, strategic thinking and supporting personal development activities.  Shelly has worked with Volvo for the last eight years on an annual basis in particular using Action Reflection Learning methodology popular in the Scandinavian countries for learning set activities.
