UK Associate
My work with Bath Consultancy Group focuses on two strands:
Creating fast and sustainable breakthroughs in performance for
organisations and partnerships. I address critical business issues and work
with leaders at all levels to develop their capability to evolve the culture
and positively impact performance. The track record in the public sector for
this work is now substantial with enduring impact over time.
Introducing a simple, elegant approach to systems thinking and
leadership based on the work of Barry Oshry, a leading systems theorist based
in the United States. I have pioneered the introduction of Oshry’s work to organisations
across Europe. I also run with BCG colleagues one or two day experiental
programmes as part of leadership development or consulting programmes.
Recent / Current projects:
Working with the UK Cabinet Office to
introduce whole systems understanding and way of working to teams who are
working on complex cross-government projects.
Major clients:

authorities to transform performance and create the conditions and capacity for
sustainable improvement. In my twenties I was a general manager in the NHS
working in all areas of the NHS: teaching hospital, primary and community
healthcare, health promotion and a strategic health authority.
