Sally is an independent consultant who specialises in working with top teams on strategy development/ implementation and leading major organisation change. Her focus is on both process - strategy formulation and articulation, executional excellence, high performance organisations - and behaviour - change leadership, culture change, stakeholder engagement, team dynamics. She works as a consultant, facilitator, team and 1-1 coach.

Sally has been consulting in Leadership Development and Organisation Change for the past 10 years - initially with Burson Marsteller, a global communication firm (part of the WPP group), then as a partner in Lilley Moncrieff Taylor. She now runs Taylored Change Ltd and has both global and entrepreneurial SME clients in Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare, Telecommunications, Retail and FMCG sectors.

Before becoming a consultant Sally worked as HR & OD director in a number of UK FTSE 100 companies including Lloyds TSB, Liberty & the Sears retail group. Her most recent corporate role (2006/07) was with BT Group where her primary achievement was launching and operationalising their Leading Strategy Execution programme - designed to facilitate senior business teams in deciding on and effectively implementing competitive business strategy.

Sally has an MA in Leadership and Management Learning from Lancaster University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in the UK. She is accredited through the British Psychological Society to use a range of psychometric instruments.
